I live in India. I went to the cafeteria and sat next to a group of 4 girls. Only 1 girl was somewhat good looking. I was waiting for her to make an eye contact and I could say "Hi". But never once she made an eye contact till the end. It took it to mean "touch me not" attitude and did not want to be an intruder. Am I assuming wrongly?
They don't even flirt?
