How to show a guy i really like him? Make him my boyfriend?

I like this one guy and we have a class together and when i c him i go up to talk to him and he talks to me too. Sometimes i sit with him at lunch. He always gives me a hug. He flirts with me too and touches me (not in a creepy way) and like holds my hand sometimes. he will act like he likes me but them he wont reply too my txt msgs sometimes? its really confusing me. is there like some kind of move that will let him no i like him? im on break and i wana ask him if he wants to c a movie or something. does he like me or just playin?

I think that he likes you. He wouldn't be doing all of that if he didn't. He probably isn't answering your text messages because he is busy or because he doesn't know what to say or he doesn't have text. It could be a number of reasons. If you like the guy I think that you should tell him, because he might not know this. Guys aren't the best when it comes to picking up signs.
