Ok there's this guy that i like and he knows i like him! In the begining when i asked my best friend to ask him does he like me he said just as a friend. Then he told him i liked him. Now he's different because he plays with me,touches me(not like that) asks for hugs, he always looks at me,and at lunch he would come sit with me and shows me trys to show off.One time he was reading and i was sitting right next to him and he just kept looking up at me and there's so much more! Now one of my friends who found out i liked him asked him do you like her(she's reffering to me) and he said maby!!Well I'm just wondering what does maby mean? Thanks!

you're really GAY
Reply:Maybe is a cop out.

He doesn't want you to know his feelings,

good or bad,

because that would mess up the cute adolescent game you two are playing with each other.

If you really wanna know, ask him yourself.
Reply:Yes, the guy likes you. Physical contact means that he wants a relationship with you but is nervous about rejection. If you like him...why not break the ice by inviting him to go to a movie with you sometime? Also you could go to the Mall on weekends with him, etc. Spending time with him shows him that you are interested in him. Let nature take its course.
Reply:It means yes
Reply:Well, I don't know what "maby" means. But MAYBE in this case seems like a yes.
Reply:I think the way this goes is that initially, he didn't like you. But you know how people are sometimes. When they know you like them, they start to act extra special and all that when you're around and this makes them end up falling for you too.

So anyway, he probably didn't like you in that way at the beginning but likes you now!
Reply:"maby" means that the person in question didn't know how to spell the word "maybe"
Reply:it means "maybe"

he could be afraid of telling your friends because you might not feel the same way.

OR he just likes to flirt with you.
