If I have a friend that touches me (not sexually) more than he does others, should i read anything into it?

If we are with a group of friends and he rubs my back, or touches my arm when he is telling a story, but no one elses - what does that mean?





We do spend more time together than the others, but do his signs mean that I am a better friend to him than the others or does it mean more???
