Does anyone know where I can find touch-me-not seeds?
Those are "impatiens" aren't they? My gram always told me the seed pods of impatiens were touch me nots - because if we touched them they'd pop and turn inside out and let all the seeds spring out. I loved to touch them when they got fat!
Reply:They are called touch-me-not, or jewelweed, or snapweed (Balsaminaceae). The impatiens variety is "Impatiens; Geraniales" - see links below.

Britannica:

In its many horticultural forms it is one of the showiest of garden flowers and is relatively easy to cultivate. I. biflora, I. nolitangere, and I. pallida, all known variously as touch-me-not, snapweed, and jewelweed, are common weeds native to extensive regions of eastern North America.
Reply:They are very hard to find. My Grandma grew them when I was a little girl.
