When is it cheating?

So I went to this party at a frat house and I ended up talking to one of the brothers at the frat and i was flirting with him and he and I were dancing and stuff and he wasn't drinking at all and i found out he had a girlfriend cause he told me..but he kept dancing with me all night..and he was touching me not very sexually but holding on to my hips and stuff and touching my stomach and everything....I'm really interested in this kid..and his girlfriend goes to a different college far away.. and she looks like she's 12..that has nothing to do with it..but it just buggs me that such a nice looking guy dates a girl that looks like shes in middle school..








Would that be him cheating on her?


Exactly when is it cheating!???


I don't know whether to stop talking to him or to just see where it goes











I think honestly..if your in a frat you shouldn't have a girlfriend..

When is it cheating?
Cheating is when you have to ask yourself if its cheating or not.
Reply:well, he was touching and rubbing your body,right? so, i'd say that fondling another persons body, when commited to another is right up there with cheating!!!!!!!!! or is that just being really friendly? look, but don't touch!!!!!!!!!

Reply:Well if you think honestly if you are in a frat you shouldn't have a girlfriend.. that little comment answers the question.. but it's not considered cheating unless things go farther then dancing, and it's just a matter of opinion that some could consider him dancing with you cheating, you should find out if he likes or has feelings for the girl he is with and if he doesn't ask why he hasn't ended the relationship, just keep hanging with him and see where things go but don't let things go too far while he is still with someone, distance doesn't matter if he has chose to be with her, it's cheating if it goes any farther while he is with someone.
Reply:I think cheating is cheating. But atleast he didnt make a move I think. His girl cant help that she looks so young. But he shouldnt of been doing all that stuff though. You can talk to him, just watch out.

Reply:Yes, and I've been in that situation where I was the girl far away. and I was crushed that #1 he would do that, but #2 a girl would do that to me. What a slut I thought. Its already been cheating. He started when he flirted back. It started when he let it in his mind, and guys are physical creatures. It was wrong of him, and now that u know its wrong for you to continue. How would you feel if u where her. And if he is doing this to her what would he be doing to you behind ur back.

Reply:Well it sounds to me you like him and you are trying to make excuses to get with him when he already has someone. Honestly how would you feel if you are dating someone and you found out he was dancing with another girl all night and touching her and doing stuff he shouldn't have. ?





You would be crushed and hurt cause he was dancing with another chick. And you would be on here asking if he really loves you or not. If you really like him ask questions and ask if he is happy with his girl .. if he says yes leave it alone.





Cheating is when someone is having sexual intercourse with someone who is not there partner.... Thats is what I call cheating.
Reply:See now there's a question I as a college student have been dealing with as well. This is what i've found out:





1. Most girls take dancing(grinding) wayyy more seriously than most guys do. So to him, he was dancing....all the touching is just part of the dancing. Now if she found out, it would more than likely trouble her a bit.


2. The path to destruction looks something like this: dance/grind -%26gt; make out -%26gt; have sex. Most people consider it cheating once you hit the make out phase.


3. Sounds like you like the guy. Go for it. This is college. No ring, no commitment. Long distant relationships kinda have a way of breaking apart anyway.





....oh and try to remember #1 when you start evaluating your feelings for him and possibly his for you. Just because you spent the night on the floor doesn't necessarily mean anything more than that you were a good dancer and he wanted to keep you.

His girlfriend goes to another college and he is horny he is not looking for a frien he is looking for a friend w/benefits as they called it these days. 2. Maintaining long-distance relationships is difficult.





Realize that if you try to see more of him and attract him that you run the risk of getting hurt, especially if he really cares about his alleged girlfriend.
Reply:he has a girl, so u need to respect his wishes and back off. it doesn't matter what u think, because he's with someone else, and she must mean something to him if he brought her up with you.

Reply:If you think that he shouldn't have a girlfriend then why are you trying to be his? You need to consider this other chic and how she would feel. Obviously he cares about her or he wouldn't have told you that she was in the picture in the first place. I'm sure there are other cute guys there to hook up with or whatever it is you are looking for so let him be.

You need to butt out of his life and leave him and his girl to be together. If things don't work out then go for it... but you should not be there tempting him.
